Living with a partner on SOR

Any advice on living a fairly normal life with a partner on SOR?
we have children together and I'm struggling with SOR restrictions even though no contact restrictions on SHPO, internet based only.
why can't he go to parents evening if supervised by me, it's to see another adult, no contact with kids as such, why can't he attend sports day with me, MOSOVO officer says no.
I just don't really get why they said no contact restrictions yet really there is.
what about bowling and trampoline parks where it is very likely kids will be there?
They need to be clearer. Maybe I'm missing the point? I'm just so confused about the do's and dont's and the officer will not give me anything in writing as she says each scenario needs an individual risk assessment.
also I am very sad and feel like a terrible mother for staying with partner as I feel like my children will miss out on things such as having friends over, sleepovers etc. how do people deal with avoiding these situations without telling children why? It breaks my heart. Life would be much easier if I left. Unfortunately I do love him x

Thanks Lee. The officer said that he would have to disclose to parents if we had a child sleepover, even though he would sleep elsewhere and would not be on the premises while child was here. Does that sound correct to you? X
