I know help me im the same just make sure it's the right charges, we are contesting two of them waiting on evidence this week going across then court date, because we contested it's been a long wait. We got charged last Nov onky getting to this stage now x

He was charged with grooming, a pic (we are contesting these as there is no proof and the pic was one he sent to me of himself as a joke and they have no proof it was tied to the chat) and sexual communication with a 14-16 year old, this is what he's pleading guilty to. Well barrister thi ks he's lower end of the scale but she said always prepare for the worst in which we are. He's had lots of thearpy, rang the help. Line every week, did moduals on llf, he's extremely remorseful and has attempted suicide twice second time nearly succeeded only his brother called unexpectedly and found him, he'd be dead. His mental health has suffered so much but he's great support from gp, counselling mental health nurse etc.

Yeah it was a naked watsap pic he sent to me as a joke. It wasn't in the chat at all and they never produced it to him at his arrest. They started the chat and bombarded him, although it's still no excuse what he done. Idiot even used his own name and age. No plans to meet etc so no idea where grooming charge is coming from. He's giving me full disclosure of evidence so I've no reason not to believe him but still keeping an open mind. Guess I'll find out soon enough. X

No they didn't he deleted them a few weeks b4 and they said they couldn't find them. So all they've got the the chat log from decoy. Or at least that's what they told us. Anyway the evidence in today so here we go
