My OH does not have monitoring safeware. Just not allowed to delete anything off his phone.

Are these 2 different things in the SHPO? Monitoring being one and a second one having monitoring software?

Monitoring software can be part of a SHPO.
From what my husband was told, the software isn't cheap and so they don't tend to install it routinely.
Be careful with an iPhone if there are clauses about deleting internet history as an iPhone will automatically delete it after a certain time. I didn't know that, my husbands first Visor manager told me.

My partner has monitoring software on his phone and laptop.
He has had issues where when his phone does an update the monitoring software freezes, but he lets the police know and he resolved the issue as quickly as he can.
