Had a call today to say all devices have been looked at - some devices returned and some kept. And that it's been passed to CPS.



Anyone happy to share how long their persons case was sitting with CPS until you got the charges? I'm prepared to be waiting a while...

also - how long after this stage was it that the evidence etc was sent to the solicitor for us to see?

we had the knock at Easter this year for images, for anyone else tracking other peoples timelines.
