My persons was only ever the outside of the court. Was picked up by different online papers but the same picture was used. I think it's different if the police put it on their page online as they have their own picture but thankfully that didn't happen in his case xxx
I think different newspapers behave differently. Some I've noticed never share photos. Others add photos later. Perhaps have a look to see what the paper has done in the past.

Oic told me they would only release the photo if media requested it on sentences over 12 months (whether that be suspended or custodial). It's 50/50 and you can't control it so try not to worry too much xx
His barrister has put a request in to not show his picture or address but they can report the case as he's a new name, so kind of a happy medium. She put in that his children, my children and I need protection from this so she thinks no reason why the judge won't grant it. Its worth a shot xx

if you are closed to SS he needs to discuss with PO or MOSOVO, who will then likely contact SS anyway. Shocking that they haven't been in touch.
how long was the sentence given? For example, was it 6 months suspended for 18 months?
Try not to work because it still is 50/50 whether they will contact for a photo xx

Probation and visor will likely contact ss once they've done their initial assessment of your oh. I know that you'll likely just want it all over but it's probably a bit soon after sentencing for ss to have had an update other than the one you've provided them with. Now would be a good time for you to write up something like a phased return plan so oh gradually returns to the home. You will all need time to adjust and acknowledging this should be seen favourably by ss if they reopen the case. Good luck on the next part of your journey xx
