Risk assessment with SS

Quick history - my husband was arrested on suspicion of uploading I think 28 images of iioc, we have not long had our first baby and so social services are involved. His bail was extended from 28 days to another 2 months (which takes us to a few days before Christmas). He maintains his innocence, but is subject to bail conditions (not allowed at the address, or unsupervised contact with under 18s). He's never been in trouble before, he's been 100% truthful with myself and police. We've given all passwords etc...
So currently 4 weeks into this nightmare, police are still checking devices and we've been given the deadline of 4 months which takes us into the new year. Absolutely dreading Christmas, sidenote - anyone had their person back for the day for Christmas?
Okay so social services have just allowed for my husband to come to the house on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for 2 hours at a set time. They want to do a risk assessment soon and I don't know what to expect from this. I can tell the social worker I have isn't a big fan of my husband and I don't know if he's dealt with something like this before. I've read that I should ask for his qualifications but I don't know what I'm supposed to be looking for in that respect. Can anyone offer any insight?
Also, I've heard of a Steve Lowe being mentioned? I don't know who this is, how to contact him, or why I should contact him? (Not to be rude, I just really don't know). Can anyone let me know? Also I understand I'd have to pay, how much are we talking? And is it worth it? Husband wants to come home and he's missing so much of our baby growing.
please, any help or advice is so greatly appreciated

Koko,
I can't help with with your questions. My children were older and only SS condition was no unsupervised and there were no bail conditions. But I just wanted to ask if the bail conditions say not allowed at your address how can you have supervised contact at home?
I don't think SS can overrule bail.
Also, i agree with the 4 months being unrealistic, ours was 17 months even though they initially told us 6 weeks Xx

We had partner home for Xmas last year however he wasn't on bail or arrested, and the SW was nice but a novice - the 2 I've had since then probably won't have allowed it x
