Oh Parker, I'm so sorry you're having a tough time. What bail conditions does he have that this would impact on? Forgive my ignorance, my person was in remand before sentencing. I hope that this doesn't have the consequences you fear. Sending love xxx

Oh Parker, what a nightmare! Could you maybe contact his PO or MOSOVO officer and ask exactly why he's been sent to prison, how long and what the terms were?
im guessing he hasn't been charged with anything as yet? You need to find out exactly what terms of bail were.
stay strong you will see light at the end of the tunnel xx

Tell your hubby to reach out, call stop it helpline, or go to the nearest hospital A&E and he can pronounce himself suicidal, hopefully hell get some help. My person Almost died on his second attempt but the help he got from gp etc really helped him move forward. He's like a new person.

I do feel for you. That seems awful bad luck, the chances of him being stopped anyway must have been pretty small

In terms of bail conditions, one of my partners conditions was that he should not commit any more offences. I don't know if this is a standard condition. But I know since his arrest my partner has been very careful when driving not to exceed speed limits etc as he believes this would lead to re-arrest.

I would take it as a good sign that the police haven't done anything more so far than issue him with a fixed penalty (which is annoying enough, but would have happened anyway, regardless of his bail conditions). Hopefully that will be all it is, and they'll drop the matter. I think if nothing more happens after a week or so, you can start breathing again.
