Update on forum layout

I know it’s previously been requested for a forum update?
just wondering if we can have one on the layout. I know the forum was spammed the other day which is an issue regarding confidentiality.
my annoyance is the front screen only shows the most recent post in each of the sections.
when actually most people post in general discussion and this means posts can get lost. Within hours of each other in that section unless you go in and scroll through.
I do try to reach out to others going through this situation as do other frequent posters and I really worry that posts in general discussion could get lost. The front page really needs to show the most frequently posted individual threads to stop people from missing out on vital support.

How was the site spammed Bethlou? What happened?
There was about 100 posts about getting fake Id as obviously people are changing their names after the offence. Though it showed that anyone could access the forum and post. There was no checking process auditing who can post.
think it scared off people about how accessible the forum is to outsiders
