That is a clear break of GDPR rules and needs to be addressed immediately tomorrow morning. You need to contact your solicitor and find out how to move that forward. Do not contact the police directly, this is a legal matter and I would pursue legal action against them absolutely!! They may enforce the law, but they not are not the law, hold them accountable.

Bail extension papers are written in a style to ensure the court extends, they are not written with consideration for your feelings and that's tough I'm afraid. Harsh but true xx

Horrible - that's putting it mildly...... that's disgusting to flippantly forward your details in a case like this and poss putting you in harms way (fingers crossed that won't happen).

They're absolutely horrible. The OIC came to mine just before Xmas to deliver charges, knocked on and told me they were his charges and he's delivering them, I had no right to know what was in the envelope. All of the officers made false statements pretty much about what happened the day of the arrest and it's been raised before his trial because we believe the statements were made to purposefully paint him as a raging lunatic so it could be used against him. I'm putting a complaint in this week as there's nothing they can do to me which is any worse than they've already done and I finallh feel strong enough to do it.
