I am very concerned and anxious about media coverage after my person has plea hearing at Crown in a couple of weeks.
I have an extremely unpleasant family member who is unaware of the situation but who has previously spread lies and misinformation about myself and my family and actively sought to destroy my personal and professional reputation.
I am concerned that if the details of the case are made public they will seek to further discredit me and my family in addition to my person and there will be widespread repercussions.
Is there any way that this could be seen as a valid reason for the case not to be reported?

Hi Seaside,
The best person to talk to is your person's solicitor. They will then advise if it is something that will be given consideration. I can't remember if you have children but sometimes the solicitor will put a request through due to children being impacted by any reporting xxx
