This year we have a visit with my son on xmas eve

Me, my daughter and my eldest son

His first visit with his brother, they have not seen each other in 16 months

As emotional as it will be it is the best Christmas gift I could ever ask for even though its hard we are all together x

It will be lovely to be together on Christmas eve. Such a boost for you and your son who's in prison. Christmas is a time for forgiveness. What made your other son agree to visit his brother?

Hi Christmas

He decided it was time, he had a breakdown a few months back where he tried to commit suicide (it's been a tough couple of years) I think this journey took its toll on him, Men don't talk so he kept his feelings to himself and got himself into some financial difficulties, but I am glad to say he is doing ok now, I wanted him to visit his brother but didn't want to force it on him, I just had to wait until he was ready so it will be a special time for us x

That'll be a really special visit - So lovely to be able to visit in Christmas Eve. As Christmas Chaos has said, a time for forgiveness - It feels like such a warm post, I'm really happy for you all.

Unfortunately for use 4 of the 6 visits over the Christmas period are not available as they are Bank Holidays so we are hoping we can get a space on the other 2 sessions.

Hi Smile,

Glad your both doing ok x

It's great news he is loving his art classes :-)

Even though its getting cold it must still be nice to be able to get out in the fresh air ,

Bless him he seems to be doing really well and has settled in to a good routine x

We have a visit tomorrow which will be nice, he has been given his forms to sort out his education so hopefully wont take to much longer , he is keen to get started

My lad is still waiting on his eye test and dentist appointment xx
