I'm so sorry to hear your news Daffodil. It makes me despair of our justice system. To be tried as an adult, when he was a child when he committed the offence, seems very harsh. I do hope that the Judge is fair. x

I am so sorry to hear this news and I am thinking of you and your son.

I am lost for words with the system especially when your son was under 18 when this happened but will now go through the system as an Adult. Be sure to put in your character reference that he was under 18 at the time.

I'm so sorry! I completely agree that it isn't in the public interest at all. Hopefully something can be done to diminish or dismiss the charges, I hope the solicitor does everything they can for you both.

I am boggled at the idea that your son can be tried as an adult for something he did when legally a child. How can this be right.
