My son was arrested in Sept 2021, apart from keep extending his bail we have heard nothing from them till this morning when his solicitor rang him to say he has to attend the station next week.
Does this mean they have checked his devices now and will be charging him. What will happen that day if they are

all of my anxiety has come back again and I'm struggling today now. X

It sounds like second interview where they've found something or trying to get extra information before it goes to cps. After CPS as looked he will then get charges or no further action

How long does it take for them to send to CPS and for CPS to say what they are going to do. This feels like the knock all over again x

It's relatively quick within a few days or meant to be but then there's more waiting we was told 2-6 month wait but it was looked at and changed just before the two month mark. We went from second interview August to charges then magistrates then crown court in 3 months. Yes it feels like everything all over again because of how long the wait of not knowing is
