Magistrates tomorrow

My husband is at magistrates tomorrow morning. 1 cat A, 7 cat C and 1 charge of obscene publication on whatsapp. He didn't even open the cat C images.
Is there any hope that this may be over tomorrow or will sentencing definitely be a later date?

Plea hearing.
If they think at magistrates they can deal with it they may sentence right there and then but it's very unusual you normally get a date around a month after for sentencing it gives time for everyone to contact him and do pre sentence report shpo conditions and that
I'm not sure but I think the Cat A may prevent magistrates from being able to sentence,. It it is one image so maybe they can. Either way plea hearing is quick. If going to crown it can be a month for sentencing.
They won't deal with it there and then tomorrow even if it stays in magistrates.
If they agree that they will keep it in magistrates he will still enter a plea and they will give him a date for approx a months time, this will give enough time for PO to do PSR etc prior to sentencing.
my partners got dealt with in magistrates for a low number including cat a, so it is possible, it just depends on the judge and if they feel it is within their sentencing powers x
