Hi, so we are almost 2 weeks post sentencing, making across all 3 Cat and extreme (69 in total). Commonity order of 40 rehabilitation sessions and fine.

SS have allowed oh home since late Feb after doing assessments on myself and us doing safety plans, courses etc without being asked to.

I received a call yesterday to say they need to get back involved and did I know he'd been charged and was I aware of number of images and categories.

I told them I'd had full disclosure, been to every meeting I could attend, went to court and was aware of everything, ran through everything is fine back then and asked what more could I actually do to be more protective.

The lady said she'd go away and wrote her report and get back in touch if they needed to come out and do an assessment.

Anyway no call back but I can't help but be worried, had anyone had anything similar hairbrush and can provide any advise please

Hi NMS, it's normal for them to get back in touch after sentencing. It sounds like you've got a good plan in place already and hopefully they'll just agree to allow you to continue as you are. Try not to worry about it, you can't change the outcome, just deal with it when it comes. I've found silence from SW isn't necessarily a bad thing and I wouldn't expect them to come back that quickly.

Thank you loulou, post sentencing (best outcome we could have wished for) so far no media. I was really hoping we could move on and yesterday really floored me again.

Ironic that on the 23rd Dec last year we got the assessment back saying no unsupervised and he was a real risk to the boys to fast forward a year exactly and a call re assessment again.

This journey really throws it all at us x

I know how you feel. Our sentencing was delayed for a month so we're still in limbo, but everything feels such hard work.
