It's not a sad post, it is the lives many of us have shared in the past oh the memories

I to remember when my 3 were so excited, how the house was full of warmth with love and laughter

Fast forward to where we are now, but we cannot change it, we learn to live with it

We hide the pain and the emptiness so much but every day we carry on as we have no choice but to

And we dust ourselves off paint a Smile on our face and get through each day ad best we can no matter how hard it is

Left alone with our thoughts we are our own worst enemy, but we are entitled to feel like this

We had no choice to be on this horrendous journey but here we are

You are such a kind and loving person that clearly shows through

So time to put the ghost aside and as much as it will be hard tomorrow you deserve to let your Smile shine through , no tears allowed

So my dear friend I will be thinking of you tomorrow

Sending hugs xx

Thankyou Carmela. I said exactly the same to my husband yesterday although we are expected to erase our memories - it just won't happen.

Merry Christmas to you lovely ladies x

Smile I know how you are feeling and I too am reflecting on Christmas past when things were so much easier.

Our lives were shattered just before Christmas last year and this year I'm waiting for January when we will know what the future holds one way or another.

Your love and support for your son shines through and it is wonderful that your husband spoke to him as well that must mean the world to you.

Sending you so much love and strength xxx
