We have three dates

The knock was 21st November 2022

Pidm is 4th January

The intermediate diet is 16th January

Trial diet is 8th February

Downloaded 5 images in a pop up through porn on kik didn't search stupidly clicked on something without reading it

What happens at each date?

Hi Inturmoil,

I'm not really sure of the acronym to be honest but I would think it is the pre-trial hearing. It's basically just the opportunity to lay out the evidence before the judge from the prosecution and the defence statement which should have been done by his barrister. It doesn't take very long but essentially it's just to make sure everything is ready to go to trial.

Edit: I've just noticed there are two dates before trial. I've Googled it and I would imagine you are in Scotland so slightly different to here. If you Google "PIDM court" and the other name you should be able to get an understanding of what to expect.
