OH has his plea hearing tomorrow and I feel sick to my stomach so can't imagine how he must be feeling.
im not going to court as I don't think I am strong enough right now, so it's going to be a day of waiting and worrying for me.

Don't beat yourself up about not going to the hearing. We never went and I believe my son was in court three times.
I couldn't bear it and as it was attended by other family members I didn't want it to turn into a witch hunt or 'an us versus them' situation.

Thinking of you today. I didn't go to the plea hearing.. it's probably best not to to go if you're not mentally strong at the moment. The court process is hard.
