Impact of OH arrest

so I'm/we're now 17 months in from the knock.
we've had a magistrates apprentice which a no plea was entered as solicitor hasn't received the evidence. The second apprence is due the 16th and as to date the solicitor still doesn not have the eveidence which is the chat log.
Looking on here tonight I can see there are many others here in a very similar situation to myself where I work in childcare. I have been completely open and honest with my work where ofsted, lado and the local authority my nursery is based know what is happening. All have been good aside from the LA who cannot u fees rand while I'm still with the OH.
what is getting to me and I know this isn't the case, as the PO leading the case has made it Clare from day 1 that there is NO concerns around me and at the point of the knock no devices that belonged to me where taken, is that I am being told I could lose my job if the OH is found guilty. This will all depend on me getting a wavier from ofsted. Now I have looked at the wavier and information on government/ofsted and the only issue that comes up is if I was a childminder. The wavier itself reads as if you have commented the crime not the other way round.
what are other peoples experiences with this and their work in childcare. It's stressing me out as I have been doing this job for over 20 years
