Hi all!

Thank you to the lovely people on this group for holding me together!

Some of you know my story of the police turning up at my work in a school (I'm a teacher) two young children in the mix of it all, 11 and 7.

October 18th, a date I'll never forget, they checked everything, my person made one comment, did not find anything else. But it was a police decoy! He had plea hearing last week and of course pleased guilty for his comment (still don't angree they should be targeting men on an over 18s site, but that's a different matter)

Luckily no journalists at plea hearing but what shall I expect for sentencing, due to low risk and no victim, he is being kept in majistrates. He's got a meeting with probation, what does this enhale? What am I looking at for sentencing and what to tell my children? So far they just think mam and dad are having issues as obviously he isn't allowed home!

Knock on the 18th October (if we can call it that) after how harrowing it was being shipped away from work by CID and the sentencing is in mid Feb! We haven't waited long but I'm petrified!

Has anyone had a case not hit the media?

Do I need to move?

My surname was made so it's extremely rare!

I'm scared, what do I do?

I've been doing okay, been back teaching since November with the support of my head who knows everything!! But staff don't

Sorry to ramble but I'm really starting to get scared, I took me and the kids away for 4 days during the hearing just incase it hit the media but not sure I can do that again for sentencing!

Upset mum

You can out into judge that your job is a vital role and fir your protection and the children's (can't remember if you have any) you want no media or just his name address etc left out asnd just print story. Our first barrister and solicitor told us we couldn't ask for it, even though we wanted our children protected, but mostly me because my ex husband (not my person in this) was a violent man and would make my life hell. Also I have a vital role in the local NHS hospital. New barrister out it across and judge agreed so no media so far in his 3 court appearances, guess well see on Monday at sentencing. Judge put everyone except vital people out of court room yesterday, but I don't trust the cops or the media not to get hold of it anyway. He also changed his name which has helped too. He did that at the charging stage. So if anyone tells you you can't ask judge for annonomy, don't believe them because it can be done.
