Advise if it's jail

Just planning the upcoming breaches and we're preparing for jail.
Just things I was wondering how to go about .
He has rang to put my name on alot of things/add me to accounts however you would call it , basilcy if he went to jail of course he wouldn't have any money going in . So what would I do about phone bills there 3 his internet , he has an IVA .
Things like rent I asume I call up and day he's leaving his flat and pay the last month .(it's a rolling monthly flat so I think it's just the notice then last payment) His car Insurance I will cancel.
It's more the phone bills and internet there hard to get out off arnt they?
We have someone to remove all his possessions from the flat and somone to collect his car from court .

Hi Xxx - all I can advise is (if it looks like a custodial is imminent) do exactly what you are doing by trying to get as much as possible in order before you are left on your own to deal with it.
My son only had a couple of things I had to tie off, but that was a nightmare and very awkward/painful to discuss on the phone . Not a lot to offer - just a bit of support xxxx

When preparing for worst possible outcomes my husband left me details of the collections department of his mobile phone company to write to. I did and they then requested his prison details by email. I assume each provider has the same.
Has anyone had a Power of Attorney document for handling their person's financial affairs when they are inside?
We had one done for my son, and it helped a lot cancelling various accounts he had.

Sad and Scared - I don't have POE (I decided I wanted to be free to choose what I did when he went to prison - Including walking away and taking on POE wouldn't have allowed me that) but my person did set it up with someone else.
