Looking for advice -

Sentencing happened just under one month ago. So far this has not been made public.. when can I rest assured that this will not come out?
Every day I check.

I also understand that information can be requested if the person on SOR is around children. They are not. Yet, a so called friend has said that they have requested information and claimed the person has lied about their charges. I have seen the CPS file and solicitors closing letter with one charge. Can someone just request anything?

Thank you. Just want this all to be over.

Not anyone can just ask for the information and it expected to be disclosed. Police should make an assessment as to whether the person needs to know / is at risk.

However if someone knows they date they went to court, I think they could request a court transcript - This isn't cheap though.

If they know once or the offences they could also look on the Law Pages - No every case is listed there though.

I don't think just anyone can request the info, I think things can be requested if offender is in contact with a child, although unsure how much is told other than just 'this is the charge'

we had no media in court but I can't relax as I always feel there is something else eg events where children will be there where he has to disclose or avoid (he mostly avoids) family gatherings where people do know so the visor has to make phone calls to family to check they are award and children will be supervised etc x
