Thank you, that was so very kind and thoughtful of you. I do hope you are doing ok.
My husband had his first court appearance last week and it has been so confusing. The solicitor advised that they can now request the evidence but they have been advised by the prosecutor (not sure they is the correct term) that the evidence is "borderline" however, the image has to be either illegal or legal and there is no inbetween. My husband has not entered a plea yet but the plan has always been to plead guilty however, the solicitor is now saying they think they can get the case thrown out before his next court appearance in a months time.
This has made me feel so confused. After nearly two years of this journey to hear this information. I could shake my husband and still wonder what would posses him to do such things. There is 7 images.
I can't thank you enough for your kindness checking in on me. I don't have anybody else to talk to about this apart from my husband. Xx
