My son is on licence until end of May 23,he is currently being forced to do the horison course even though it is not on his licence, on speaking to a seniorprobation officer he was inforemed that they will now add this on to make hin do the course-my question is can they do this when it was not on his licence conditions when he came home.

Yes, whilst on licence they can change the terms of it. My person is currently doing the horizon course and is finding it helpful. They do have some flexibility before the course starts in terms of location and times if you are worried about it interfering with employment. xxx
