We are still awaiting the cyber report from the expert we have plea hearing on Monday I presume it will be adjourned again as solicitor can't advise plea until we have the report, this is 5 images he is charged with it was a pop up on a porn site, there stating he had crap cleaner on his phone to attempt to destroy evidence and it wasn't an accidental click, he had crap cleaner as this was my old phone when I upgraded and phone was running slow, we are hopeful the expert can prove when the crap cleaner was installed and how long the images were on phone before deleted, solicitor hopeful for no further action if we get the evidence
