Hello!

please could I have some advice for the second interview?

1) is it worth getting specialist lawyer for this? He's pretty happy with duty solicitor who seems to know about IIOC, but I would like the best possible representation.

2) is there a chance he could be remanded at this stage? Should he pack a prison bag before going in? (Charges likely to be sharing cat c, from what I understand)

3) when do social services get involved again?

Thanks loads

The second interview is typically when the police go through new evidence they have found, and may state they will be sending to CPS.

I haven't heard about afterwards be remanded (held in prison pending charges/sentencing). And always have legal represention,. It might be with checking with legal who is best to attend.

Can't say for SS from my experience

Second interview was under a hour. They tell you what's been found how many images a discription of the inages. All though they said to my oh a completely different number to what was told in court. Always have a solicitor preferably the one who will represent him in court. It will then go to cps then more waiting until they make a dission of how many categories and so on for charges
