we got the knock last June husband was RUI forensics are and he has just had his 2nd interview today tgey found 36 inmges 4 Cat A the rest B and C. The police are putting together a report to send to CPS i wondered if anyone had any ideas on what timescale to get a reply from CPS and then does it go to court. Also he has a duty solicitor at th moment will he have to pay for one at sone point ? Also has anyone got any ideas on what the sentence might be for what he's done ? As far as I'm aware he's pleaded guilty to all.

Thank you Daffodil for your response. I'm someone who like to be prepared as much as I can this is one reason I'm finding it all so hard as you just don't really know what's going to happen. All we can do is keep trying our best to muffle through. It does help to have a rough idea of what might happen.

I haven't posted for a while as still not heard from CPS yet. It's so hard my son also got the knock in December for 4 sexual messages to a 13 year old I have since found out it was the police that sent the messages via Snapchat he is also waiting for details to be sent to CPS. They are so different my son has not made excuses and said he is 100% responsible for his actions his dad says he knows what he's done but ..... and makes excuses. I don't know if I can ever forgive my husband as pictures also included my daughter. My future was so planned out but as I see it how can I be with someone I don't trust. My mind and heart keep saying such different things. Sorry all rant over take care thinking of you all x
