So my OH bail was supposed to be today, he got an email yesterday to say it had been extended until 26th April. That was as expected as its been getting extended monthly since October.
But he's just received another email asking him to attend this Friday at 11am. It doesn't say what for.
My anxiety has started again, what is going to happen on Friday??

If it is for a second interview, it's likely that they have had the forensics back from his devices.
They will interview him about that and then send the evidence to CPS

No he had 2nd interview back in September, its been with CPS since October, they found a couple of watsapp videos he had been sent in a group, ' banter' but the police sent them to CPS. Nothing else at all, but he's been on conditional bail the whole 9 months

If his already been for second interview it sounds like it could be charges.
If it was to face charges, would they not just usually send them in the post. His solicitor is unavailable so can't get any advice from him. We're just going to be stressing now until Friday
My husband was invited to the police station to be charged.
My oh had to go to collect his charges they also give you a date for magistrates usually 2-4 weeks later

The first arrest was at 5:30 on morning
my ex was on bail and was asked to attend the police station a few months later.. and was arrested for another offence.
charges were posted to my address even though he had moved out a few months after that.
I don't think you will find out more before so be kind to yourself. It is all very hard
