My OH sound similar - he had 11 images found on his phone across 3 cats. Still waiting on the letter from CPS with exact numbers but we know he has 3 charges against him. Did your case go to Crown court?

Thankyou all for your comments it surely will take sometime to move on from what's happened over the past 16 months . It really is an horrific journey . I've abused myself for the entire time , drinking , eating, anti depressents . So now I'm a depressed fat alcoholic lol joking aside it's been tourture ,onwards and upwards now though ! Emma we originally had a distribution charge on top of the rest so we went magistrates guilty to 3 charges and not guilty to distribution hence it went to crown . Distribution was dropped as lack of evidence . Thankyou all for your kind words and hope and prey that you all have the best outcomes possible xx
