Hi,

I've looked at their resources as I went through a stage of reading everything I could get my hands on to try and understand what's happened.

I haven't had a bad experience with them, nothing negative came from my email. I did it a couple of weeks ago.

From what I can tell they are new, it's been written by people who have been through the knock as well. The information provided was helpful, I just needed more. As I said, I think that is because they are new.
