Magistrates tomorrow

Hi,
Well tomorrow my OH is at Magistrates 09.30am, although the solicitor has been in touch to say the OIC still hasn't sent the evidence so my OH will likely have to enter no plea and get adjourned to crown court. Still hoping that it gets thrown out of court tomorrow but that's probably just me wishing it to be over

Hope it goes well tomorrow. We are in the same position as you and it has been continued three times now as we still don't have the forensic report/ evidence . Due back next week but solicitor is hopeful it could be possibly thrown out. Hope this is the outcome for you tomorrow.
This happened with my son a few weeks ago. He was in and out within 15 mins after entering a no plea and they gave him the date for the next hearing which was for 4 weeks later but at crown court. Hopefully you will get a good outcome tomorrow x
Sending you strength and luck x

Thanks for all the positive well wishes x
So probably as expected it's been adjourned to Crown on 2 May, the solicitor did push that it was watsapp 'jokes' and tried to get the bail conditions changed, but CPS said there was a protocol to follow and that bail conditions couldn't be changed.
Media were sat in, so God only knows what's to come in the papers, I'm dreading that.

Fingers crossed for you & press. Hopefully adjournement means nothing to report
