So I've been reading posts on here for nearly 2 years now. Before the knock I was still dealing with my ex manipulating the situation (he wasn't the one to get the knock) was my husband at the time. We split up when it happened and he moved out then I had an argument with my daughter over something her dad did and I think she was manipulated by him so she wouldn't have anything to do with me it was months I didn't think she would ever speak to me again so after dirty looks everywhere I went I decided to move area and I got back with my husband. Then my daughter says she wants to visit and that so I facilitate that by oh going to a hotel for the night as my daughter was not allowed supervised contact from the start as I had split up from him. After a while an incident happens with her dad (my husband is not her dad) where she ends up with bruises so I make social care aware which we got an early worker in that time I got granted supervised access. Then an incident happens and they say to me she is safer living with you they knew what position I was in I told them from the start I was left no choice but to let my daughter move in. Then money got tight and our case was passed onto the new area's social care. They have said risk assessments should of been done and it's been said my oh didn't want me to go court they are saying do I know the charges I said yes I seen the charge sheet. We got told when my daughter moved in that if he was not deemed safe then probation would help housing we have since found out that because he's not on license they won't we are trying everything in our power to get him a place but after the meeting they had today they said they are seeking legal advice so I said I would be too. I get they are safeguarding but my daughters world has been turned upside down after being told by the early care worker to move in here. He has only been sentenced a few days after my daughter moved in. He got a community order for 24 months 5 years sor 5 years shpo which is for devices only. Any help from you nice people as I don't know what to do right now.
