Some positive news

Well in the last 10 months of doom an gloom we finally got some positive news today, my OH was at Magistrates last week and while there has solicitor challenged the bail conditions.
Well today the CPS lawyer and Crown judge agreed to vary the conditions and my OH is allowed to return home and sleep as long as I'm supervising, also allowed to be with any u18s as long as supervised and the parents are aware of the situation.
Hopefully this is the 1st step in the right direction now that CPS and the Solicitors are talking and the OIC isn't the one making all the decisions.
Time for a drink I think, it's Friday and the sun's out, have a lovely weekend everyone x
