Here if you want to talk hun, and I have no idea why some things are enforced more than others, I guess the courts find them to be less important (obviously to us they are very important)

it's a bit like it's illegal to get drunk in a pub but it's never enforced. (Let's face it we have all done it at some point). Then again there are so many laws that arnt enforced and only enforced when they can't get you on something else.
