One of the bail conditions state that he can not sleep/stay overnight.
Bail extension next week.
Has anyone managed to have this condition dropped ?
Is it proportionate or appropriate for online crime ? (No comms, or contact)
I banked all hopes to have it dropped however unlikely but financing two homes isn't an option.

Hi, my husband had his bail extended twice and they refused to drop any of the conditions. He is now Rui so all restrictions have dropped, but we are sticking to our safety plan as I don't want ss to doubt me that I can protect my children. I think they can only bail so many times before they have to Rui, but with Rui we've no timeframes so we're stuck in limbo. He's been Rui since end of October now, he is online only using kik, no contact.
My oh was bailed first monthly then 3 months then 6. He was on bail the whole 18 months and no conditions were changed we tried once and was refused so we just left it
