Anyone any experience of the pre sentencing reports? My persons was done today. Do judges pay attention to the recommendations in there much? Is it read and listened too in general? Will SS look at it?

The pre sentancing report in its entirety won't be shared with anyone else other than legal team/judge. If you want a copy then you must ask for it. Social services will ask probation for thier input and from what I can gather because it was early days what was sent to the social worker it was pretty much cut and paste out of the pre sentancing report I hope that makes sense.
