Parker I'm so sorry this had happened and its absolutely shocking that the media have involved you!

I dont have experience in this but I've read others posts where they have contacted google/fb/newspaper and asked for it to be removed.

All of us on this group know how being in this situation isn't as black and white as just separating. People have bills to pay, kids mouths to feed etc and have built a life together. By making your husband homeless isn't always in the interest of you and your kids in the first instance.

You did what you had to do at the time to get by. Don't ever regret that.

Could you complain to the newspaper in question and threaten them with legal proceedings by printing incorrect information and causing emotional distress? I don't know if anyone has any advice on that?

I'm so sorry you're in this situation....it's made me angry for you! Hugs x

Hi,

In my person's article they said that he could now have no contact with our unborn daughter. This was completely false and I'd actually written a character reference and stated in it that he would have contact with her. I contacted a couple of the editors of different local newspapers and asked them to remove the article as I believed it went against their code of conduct to essentially name my child, she's his only child and at the time of it being published was born and a person in her own right. They did take the article down, although it is still online as it was published by other papers and by a group that I won't contact xx
