Life is just hard!

Hi,
We are 9 months post sentencing. DH attends probabtion weekly and also has job coaching. Has applied for jobs but then once the conviction is declared then the offer is withdrawn.
Neighbours don't speak to us, clearly I am as bad as him for staying with him.
The house is now up for sale, I know that this will be a fresh start and we are going to move out of the area. But I feel so sad, I love my house, it was my dream home. Realistically it is too big especially when my youngest son goes to University.
I still find it all hard, angry at the whole situation. Knackered as I work all the hours as we are a wage down with no real prospect for anyone giving him a job.

Asda also don't do checks or ask about unspent convictions xx
I'm so sorry you are finding it hard at the moment your journey has been a long one. Do you have any friends locally whom you can spend time with? Go out for cake? My neighbours didn't like us before this so no loss here. Sounds like moving is a good idea and hopefully will give you the fresh start you are wanting.
sometimes it's about just going for any jobs that don't require disclosure which might be different from what hubby was trained in.
Has he thought about learning something and maybe going self employed, probation can often help with stuff like this if he is stuck I've read on here (although not in my persons case)
