Please do nor feel guilty. We all have choices, no one forces him. There are many otherways he could have dealt with the situation.
As for the henti images, I believe these are illegal, whilst they might not be a priority for police to track, if they find ANYTHING incriminating on his devises they will use this. It would also be a cause for concern with any other agencies involved. I would also be concerned that he isn't seeing the issue with viewing these and wanting to stop, but also that he hadn't taken the knock and implications on your, your family and himself. These will also be red flags for authorities and if he's charged, at sentencing too.
