I literally work all the hours I can so I don't have to think of the situation he has put me in, I am scared to stop now as I feel I may not make it out the other side

I agree with Daffodil- don't overdo it, this journey is exhausting as it is to cope with. If you have some spare time focus on something YOU enjoy doing......

Thanks folks I finished work early today and did some crafting felt the better for it, tomorrow is a new day x
