I've been listening to this too. Think it's on a trend at the moment because I hadn't heard it for ages and now it's everywhere. For me it signifies change, whatever that looks like, change is often painful because it forces us to confront our fears.
You will get through this and have whatever life you want. It may be difficult and painful but we're all here with you whatever route you choose xxx
