Impending Risk Assessment

My OH has his LFF risk assessment next week and mine the week after. I've read the introductory letter from LFF and it's a very comforting read, but any advice from someone who has been through it would be lovely.
My solicitor from the PLO has advised me to read the police and probation report before i meet them, but I'm so worried about reopening the closed box in my head that containes my grief.

Oh gosh, it's so horrible to be sent back to square one whenever anything happens. I am sorry you're feeling this and am sending you strength to get through it.
