Can someone advise me regarding our upcoming holiday he is on bail has pleaded not guilty 5 images the bail conditions say nothing about not going on holiday are we OK until he is actually prosecuted or not
First let me state the obvious....he's innocent until found guilty in a magistrate or crown court...until then no one can stop him going on holiday.
Finally even after conviction you can still go on holiday abroad but with stipulations...i e. Notifying Police of the country or countries you may transit, departure date, re entry date etc.
If the country is America, Canada, Australia or New Zealand forget about it until he's classed as rehabilitated. Even then it's not guaranteed a visa will be granted although you may have a stronger case during the interview at the relevant embassy.
We've just come back from the Caribbean... absolutely no problems accept if you are on the SOR the E gate's at the airport on arrival back in the UK will not function and your partner will be directed to a boarder security official...Don't worry though...all they will ask is where have you been...who with...for how long and did you have a nice time...
If you are considered a high risk then the police can issue a green notice to the immigration authorities of the country you are visiting...if they do, expect to be detained and put on the next flight home.

We went on holiday throughout bail conditions we just had to stay at separate locations due to not being able to stay overnight with the children. Now we stay all together but obviously can't stay on main big company sites and most little sites also have no SOR on site either. We've only stayed in UK but haven't had any problems so far just had to tell his solicitor whilst on bail and SS and now it's just visor team although it's not in conditions unless it's 7 nights or more
I presume I am right in saying as long as not been prosecuted we can literally stay on a caravan site its only if signed sor he can't there is no restrictions on being with his own child only other kids without parents
