Great ! My persons is fortnightly now and has been for a while . He hasn't seen visor since sentencing . It will make a huge difference to you and your person's life x

Same for us keeping busy, my son is doing ok he has his routine some days he gets down but totally understandable but he is is a better place with his mental health xx

Learning to live for now and the sunshine is back in my life, yes it's still a crap journey to be on BUT we are living a new normal xx

I am doing ok thank you. I am now off from the doctors and off the antidepressant pills and stuff, and like yourself living the new normal and looking forward and not backwards anymore.

Well done for going monthly. I may sound silly asking but my oh has been monthly from the start is there a reason some are more often than others I thought it would be the same x
