Sorry if this is a silly question, but is full disclosure? I have seen the letter the court gives out with the charges and sentence and what my OH was convicted of. The solicitr advised me the charges and that he had pleaded guilty. He was arrested on Monday, in court a couple of days later and sentenced a few week later all while on remand and i only spoke to him and saw him after sentencing. The police 'lost' my number (even though i told them the number multiple times) and therefore could not through to me so he never even got his one phone call. We never therefore could talk about what happened. Unfortunately according to my OH the police brought new evidence when he had his sentencing hearing, something i have found out they are not allowed to do but his solicitr advised to plead guilty even though he did not agree. But he was on remand and wanted to come home. But I have never seen anything from the solicitor about the evidence. All i know is images were found on his phone. We are past sentencing, nearly a year and i am starting to feel i need to knwo more. The problem is i get angry thinking about it as they treated him so badly. But we both in so much shock and he was so suicidal there was not fight in him to complain. But i now need to know. I need to know to decide my future. Thanks

During the investigation my OH shared everything with me including the final papetwork showing the conversation he had had withe 12 yr old decoy. I am so pleased I had it prior to the sentencing as it really upset me. I went and stayed with a friend for a night to try and get my head around it. Due to a problem with my OH paperwork when he arrived in prison I had to apply for a copy of the court transcript. This actually shows everything that the Prosecution held. I understand you want all the details but do prepare yourself to be upset. I'm glad I've seen it but wish I could forget what I've read but I can't.

Heroine Failing.

Thank you. Unfortunately my OH was in a magistrates court and i have been told you cant get those transcripts. Though it was held at a crown court due to air conditioning having broken down at the magistarte court building. I hope this is true as I seemed to be told a lot of lies.
