How to enjoy life?

Husbands bail is in the process of being extended as his phone hasn't been checked yet. I totally exected this, it's only been 3 months - but it's hit me hard.
We've got nothing to look forward to, no holidays planned, no weekends away. I wanted this year to be able to take my son to disney, and legoland but we can't possibly plan family trips with this hanging over us.
How do you continue to enjoy life with such a big cloud hanging over you?

Bless you - it's so very hard to relax, it's almost as if your afraid to let your guard down and you wait for yet another hammer blow.
Personally it's took me a long time to feel my happiness return. I still have an edge of sadness but as time passes it does get easier and you reach a new normal.

Iv found it hard planning trips and holidays as I just don't know what is going to happen, we're almost 12 months in now and still his phone hasn't been checked.
my husband is Rui so we booked a last min disney trip and made the most of it. iv booked a holiday for next year with no idea if he'll be able to come or not but I booked 2 rooms so he can stay in his own room if he is able to come.
my husband was bailed twice before Rui it makes things much easier, although it does mean no time limits.

Just take one day at a time . We waited two years from knjck until sentencing with a lotttt of drama in-between (none of it mine or mh persons fault , it was the so called professionals. We had quite a few little holidays away in our country, we actually have some really great memories and decided to make the mist of it . It will ge there when you get back but a break will do you both good and alone time of you can get it xx
