Evening polish bird

After been in limbo for so long not knowing then you receive the charges it's like day one all over again xx

The next bit needs to happen so you can then know what you have to deal with xx

I would say try not to worry as this is something we have no control over but that is easier said than done xx

Take each day as best you can and be kind to yourself xx strength and hugs xx

Hi Polish Bird, it's so difficult I know finding out exactly what they've been doing. But at least things are moving, and every step forward is one step closer to the whole thing being a distant memory. You don't know what the future holds re your son's relationship with his dad but as long as you're a loving committed parent to him, he'll be ok. Children are so resilient. You can't control what will happen with your person so just focus on what you can control and that's your response to it. Be kind to yourself, you're doing the best you can under really difficult circumstances xx

Ahhh finally , it's all getting real now for you both , it's a scarey time just try to keep busy for your own sanity. Pm me if you need to chat pm me , even if it's just for a rant . Make sure the barrister is doing his job right ( we had a nightmare ) . Use this time to get all midigating factors together , all the work he's did on himself, character references etc . They'll take the waiting time into consideration hopefully you'll get a fair judge xx
