Greetings Chelsea!

Just been to visit a local house and garden which had an Open Afternoon in aid of the local hospice. I went reluctantly as it was an up and down hill walk to get there, and I'm a lazy so and so, but my OH wanted to go. I'm so glad I went. What a beautiful garden, like an oasis of calm and the lady had baked the most beautiful cakes plus she had a book table where I picked up the latest Marion Keyes and Liane Moriarty novels for £1.

Now back home being lazy reading my new books but feeling smug as I've had some exercise :)

That sounds nice rainydays. I wanted to go for a walk while our daughter went with one of her friends to play crazy golf, but my oh was in so much pain in his legs so wouldn't have been able to walk far which was a shame as he enjoys walking. Instead he wanted to watch pulp fiction so I thought I'd watch it with him as I've never seen it. Now I know why I've never seen it as it really isnt my thing x

Took my puppy to the local park today and it has a lovely tea room where you can sit outside. So pup very tired along with me! Have time off this week so can just chill now reading my book with a cuppa.
