Bail extension anxiety

I understand your appprehension but I think if another interview was being planned that you'd be told. We felt like you first time around and then it was a bit of an anti-climax. As our son now lives 300 miles away from where he had to report he needed to get a day off work. We even booked a hotel the night before where you can cancel at the last minute, in case of traffic hold ups. We were terrified of it all going wrong!
In the end he had a call from the OIC a few days before just to say nothing had changed and there would be paperwork coming in the post. Our son then remided her not to send anything to his old address but to us, and gave our address again. It of course ended up at his old address 'which was the Inspector's fault and not the OICs' (never admit you've made a mistake!) and our son's ex opened it and knew the new date before he did which caused unecessary hassle. As you should be asked if you want to request a change to the conditions I'm sure our son was short-changed but he's just had it renewed again with a solicitor requesting a change but no success.

We've just had the 2nd Bail Extension last week to the 19/10/23 but we're then told my OHs phone was on forensics the day after. That was last Wednesday and heard nothing since. I'm finding this but worse now because I know it's moving forward but I don't know with what if that makes sense. I know exactly how you feel though x
Make sure your solicitor has a copy of the extension papers.
Make sure you have a copy and check that they are accurate. Brace yourself - they are horrid documents.
Your solicitor can oppose - although we have never been successful.
