Hi, can anyone let us know of their experience with CPS?

Our case has now been with CPS for 5 months, not sure if that's a good sign or bad as in are they having to trawl through paperwork to find something to charge or are they going through so much paperwork that there will be loads of charges :(

Just wanting it all gone and to move on and my person to stop suffering waiting xx

Hi Lee, it's unfair again isn't it, waiting for forensics and now waiting for CPS. Strange how my person has been free and trying to live his life since the knock almost 2years ago but once it goes to court he'll likely be hounded and hated so the torture of the last two years will never really ever end xx

It's so unfair how we have to around for so long, when we first had the knock I was originally told it would take 3-6 months I'm sure they full well knew this was unrealistic. We're now over 1 year and still his phone is still in a queue, so I'm guessing by the time it actually gets checked and they've done all the work then sent to cps it'll probably be near enough another year. I just wish they would give us realistic time scales, I have so much anxiety I hate waiting and not knowing.
